Senior Accountant

<p>Zola is seeking a high-caliber <strong>Senior Accountant </strong>to join our finance team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a sharp technical eye for GAAP compliance, and is motivated by the opportunity to scale accounting operations. </p> <p><strong>BACKGROUND</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5 years of progressive accounting experience; a mix of public accounting and in-house experience strongly preferred.</li> <li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (active or in-progress).</li> <li>Strong foundational knowledge of U.S. GAAP and proficiency with ERP systems.</li> <li>“Builder” Mentality: Find ways to make a process or accounting area better, faster and more accurate. </li> <li>Advanced Excel skills required. Experience leveraging AI/automation tools a plus.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills with the abili
