MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will maintain a master sourcing database, in excess of 2,000 billets, which reflects MSC’s military and ashore workforce requirements worldwide. You will track and update monthly authorized and onboard MSC worldwide workforce. You will collect, analyze and interpret workload data utilizing work measurement techniques. You will integrate manpower requirements and authorizations and personnel data from various Department of Defense (DoD), Navy, and MSC systems, such as Total Force Manpower System (TFMMS), Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS). You will analyze Request for Personnel Acton (eRHA) as well as provides guidance to managers on procedures for creating new civilian personnel positions as well as modifying and realigning existing positions as appropriate.
