As our Senior GTM Recruiter, you'll own talent acquisition for our Go-To-Market organization—driving sourcing, screening, and hiring for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. You'll report directly to Rho's Head of People & Talent and be based in our San Francisco or Salt Lake City office, 5 days a week. You will own your GTM hiring funnels end-to-end, improve our recruitment velocity for high-impact roles, and leverage AI as a force-multiplier.
