ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to own Rho's presence in Los Angeles: community, partnerships, brand, demand, and customer growth. You'll own a pipeline number, a real budget, and a tight partnership with our local sales rep. You'll be on the ground - meeting with investors, visiting customer offices, showing up where it matters. LA's founder ecosystem is one of the most diverse in the country. Defense and aerospace alongside consumer brands, media and entertainment, biotech, and a fast-growing tech layer underneath all of it. The founders building here span industries, backgrounds, and funding sources in ways that don't look like any other market. That's what makes it interesting - and what makes generic approaches fail. We have early traction.
