Program Analyst (Capability Manager)

Serve as a capability manager engaged in the planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of capabilities integration, development, and management of the Persistent Cyber Training Event – Operations Group (PCTE-OG). Perform a broad range of analytical assignments and studies in the test, evaluation, and employment of PCTE range operations and training requirements. Conduct functional and operational mission analysis of all associated tasks for the projects. Perform program analyses of issues, and problems concerning missions, functions, or resource programming and develop comprehensive recommendations to management for resolution. Provide technical guidance, advisory support, and assistance on projects and/or major phases for broad and varied operations. Attend conferences, meetings, and working groups, gathering and providing information as necessary to government and non-government agencies to integrate actions, projects and activities.
