About the role

Provide functional area expertise for manpower requirements, analyses, and financial management. Lead the corporate process to analyze, validate, and prioritizes emerging manpower requirements for resource decisions. Perform data analysis, develop models, and create visualizations that clarify problems and lead to solutions involving civilian growth, civilian pay execution and forecasting, and other manpower resource topics. Lead resource portfolio development for manpower full-time equivalents (FTE), civilian pay, and contractor requirements and support funding decisions through overarching Department of War Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) processes Support near-term budget, spend plan build, and funds execution processes to include providing data and justification. Lead a branch workforce including military, civilians, and contractors. Assign tasks, establish performance objectives, provide technical direction, and manage professional development.
