Division Chief - Division of Adult Services and Governance (DASG)

Maintains managerial oversight over all Division operations and activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, staff coordination and mission accomplishment. Provides program direction to subordinate managers and supervisors in setting and accomplishing mission support goals. Strategically manages resources throughout the Division in order to ensure high performance, greater public accountability, quality service, and customer satisfaction. Advises and assists the Administrator and/or Office Director on strategic planning, policy, program operation and performance accountability for the development and administration of a national workforce investment system.
