About the role
As a Records and Information Management Specialist, you will: Manage records management projects, such as large-scale cleanups and the processing of electronic and physical records for disposal. Develop and implement records management policies, plans, and procedures to ensure the organization is following all legal requirements. Create and deliver training to teach staff how to properly manage organizational records throughout their lifecycle. Conduct audits and compliance reviews to ensure records are being managed and disposed of according to established policies and regulations. Analyze business operations to identify and mitigate the risks of records being lost, stolen, or damaged. Work with the legal department to search for, collect, and secure records required for legal requests and investigations.
