PROGRAM ANALYST

Provides expert guidance in support of the development of long-range and short-range program planning and scheduling to coordinate and prioritize DC3 projects. With the absence of firm guidance, employee provides expert direction to DC3 through continual analyses and interpretation of Department of Defense (DoD) Strategy, and Congressional legislation. Develops, selects, adapts, and employs qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of programs, program policies, practices, and procedures. Prepares analysis, metrics, schedules, and maintains continuous contact with commands to ensure program objectives, recommends performance measures to leadership to ensure adequate and efficient execution of resources and informs commands of any potential or immediate change in plans and policies.
