About the role
Provide expert guidance on planning, development, and execution of communications rollouts for Center guidance, health policies, and program information, in coordination with sub-CMCS components and other stakeholders. Manage the evaluation of communication initiatives, conducting program studies and analyses to measure effectiveness, assess impact, and identify opportunities for improvement. Oversee complex communication projects designed to support HHS, CMS, CMCS, and ORHT Strategi Plan goals and objectives. Prepares comprehensive position papers, analytical reports, and briefings that synthesize complex program and policy information to inform ORHT leadership decisions.
