Health Insurance Specialist (Program Contractor Management)

Propose modifications to operations to reflect changes or trends in the health care industry program objectives and needs of beneficiaries. Analyze performance against contract requirements and document performance with emphasis on significant trends and items of interest in the management of contractor actions. Evaluate proposed, modified, or new legislation and regulations to assess impact on national health delivery. Develop and review health care policies and legislation in order to draft policy documents, regulations, procedures and guidance to states. Plan, identify and design contract requirements during the planning and awarding phase of acquisition(s).
