About the role
As a Supervisory Financial Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Serve as primary advisor to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for leadership and direction on all matters relating to fiscal management, including but not limited to financial systems and operations. Direct and manage CFO programs and staff, provide review, oversight, direction, and control. Resolve management and client inquiries and questions. Perform a variety of budget analysis functions, including but not limited to formulation, presentation, enactment, or execution. Determine the best approach or solution for resolving budget shortages. Recommend selections for subordinate supervisory positions and for work leader, group leader, or project director positions responsible for coordinating the work of others, and similar positions.
