SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Leads work groups and task forces in the analysis of readiness plans. Develops performance measures to support oversight of readiness posture. Ensures mission and vision are integrated into readiness strategies. Leads the management, development, and execution of readiness reporting. Coordinates the readiness program and prepares analysis for leadership. Oversees the integration and validation of Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) data to ensure precise capability assessments and strict compliance with strategic directives.
