Management Analyst (Manpower)

Implement, coordinate, and monitor data quality for manpower, personnel and readiness requirements in the Defense Medical Human Resource internet (DMHRSi). Facilitate the collection, analysis, and evaluation of human resources data from various sources. Prepare Human Resources Data Issue reports. Coordinate with other work centers to mitigate data issues to ensure compliance with current manpower policy. Provide technical guidance and consultative assistance on all matters relating to the analysis and evaluation of manpower issues and data. Serve as lead analyst on matters and issues pertaining to personnel and readiness.
