Club Operations Assistant (Bingo)

Assists the Club Coordinator by assigning staff to specific stations on bingo game nights. Issues banks and merchandise, and observes and certifies their verification of counts. Receives cash and merchandise back at close of shift, and verifies counts and paperwork. Ensures proper documentation of all sales and returns, if applicable. Maintains overall Bingo cash fund, and ensures proper payment and documentation of same to winners. Rings out registers and records readings of Daily Activity Records (DARs). Certifies over/under-rings and take appropriate action in accordance with MWR Central Accounting Office (CAO) standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintains adequate levels of all supplies, and ensures proper inventory and safeguards. Prepares purchase requests for supervisor's authorization for supply orders. Ensures proper receipt and verification of supplies received, and verifies accuracy of invoices. Maintains all necessary files, including but not limited to: head counts per g
