Logistics Officer

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Band 3 Logistics Officers analyze and coordinate logistical functions for NGA facilities, equipment sites, and globally deployed resources to meet current and emerging customer needs. They select methods and techniques to plan, organize, and execute logistics support activities, including supply chain management, inventory management, accountable records management, contract property administration, government property disposal, asset management, and management of the Lost, Damaged, and Destroyed Program. They review moderately complex requirements, develop logistical performance specifications, and review the coordination or provisioning of resources. They also contribute recommendations in review in logistics performance against targets, benchmarks, and service agreements for contracts with government property. Upon placement into this position, the incumbent will receive notification of DAWIA certification requirement Life Cycle Logistics Foundational as requ
