Joining the Customs and Border Protection Office of Field Operations will allow you to use your expertise to manage one or more national programs in order to help to detect and prevent terrorists and instruments of terror from entering/exiting the U.S. Apply for this exciting opportunity to direct programs that strengthen the Department's ability to perform homeland security. This position starts at a salary of $115,675.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to$150,379.00 (GS-13, Step 10). The duties you will be performing include, but not limited to: Directing evaluations of existing programs, new programs and policy proposals related to the canine enforcement and agriculture program at the Field Office/Ports. Monitoring canine program initiatives and ensuring compliance of procedures, policies, and regulations pertaining to the National Canine Enforcement Program (CEP).
