Management Support Specialist

Establish and maintain internal procedures for submission, tracking and control of Requests for Personnel Actions (RPA). Conduct reviews of manpower allocations and utilization. Investigate and examine management principles being utilized; such as, planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. Ensure organization's strategic planning assessment addresses key customer and organizational needs. Utilize quantitative and/or qualitative analysis techniques in evaluating manpower utilization, mission and functions, management controls, and work processes and procedures in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Analyze functions and convey concerns to management, such as organizational structure, position management, which cross organizational lines. Reviews, monitors, and manages budget allocations and advises leadership on the status of expenditures.
