World of Coca-Cola Retail Supervisor, Café Operations

Position Overview The Retail Supervisor, Café Operations is responsible for supporting daily operations and performance of the Bottle Cap Café, located outside of World of Coca-Cola, with a secondary responsibility supporting the Retail Store operations. This role ensures exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and adherence to safety, brand, and service standards. This role does not directly oversee people but provides operational guidance, training support, and floor leadership while serving as Manager on Duty when assigned. Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities - Café Operations (60-70%) Support daily front- and back-of-house café operations Execute café opening and closing procedures per SOPs Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards Support café revenue, service flow, and operational efficiency Ensure proper ordering of inventory while responsibly managing food, beverage, and supply costs Assist with POS transactions
