About the Role Orchard is looking for an HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations and administer employee experience programs across the company. You will work closely with the HR team - touching onboarding and offboarding, employee experience, HRIS management, and office administration. The ideal candidate will be looking to gain broad exposure to various disciplines within HR and can move quickly in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, hybrid role (3 days in-office) based in Austin, TX, that reports to the Manager, People Operations / People Operations Lead.
