About the role
As a General Attorney (Labor), GS-0905-11, your typical work assignments may include: Under direct supervision, conducting legal research, preparing detailed factual and legal reports and analyses involving factual and legal questions, conflicting legal precedents, labor relations disputes, or other factors rendering resolution of difficult or sensitive cases. Exercising judgment in unfair labor practice charge investigations. Under direct supervision, conducting federal court litigation involving injunctions under provisions of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, and related proceedings. Under direct supervision, trying unfair labor practice cases before Administrative Law Judges, including examining and cross-examining witnesses, introducing evidence and exhibits, lodging appropriate objections, and arguing motions made by the parties.
