AIRMAN & FAMILY READINESS PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Serves as the principal advisor to leadership, organizations, and populations serviced by the FSS Commander on human services matters Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for Airman and Family Readiness programs to ensure operations are in line with regulatory and fiscal requirements, support goals, and mission requirements Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Airman and Family Readiness Flight Supports and participate in quality initiatives by establishing marketing strategy and public relations programs to ensure target populations are informed of services and programs on- and off-base agencies
