About the role
If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team of U.S. DOJ Special Agents in the Criminal Investigative Division for the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Central California that is responsible for planning, conducting and managing complex criminal investigations. Typical work assignments will include: Oversees the planning and coordination of complex investigations in one or more of the following areas: national-security related offenses, fraud, bribery and public corruption, money laundering, violent crime, and cyber-crime. Develops and authorizes operational plans and procedures for arrests and searches. Conducts interviews of victims, witnesses, and subjects. Conduct surveillance operations and undercover activities. Serve subpoenas and search warrants. Seize property and evidence of crimes. Reviews and analyzes data such as telephone records, cell-site data, bank records, credit card records, and email.
