About the role
You will perform work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. You will review and evaluate budget requests, and report on obligations and expenditures. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations. You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities. You will perform various budget functions involving the formulation, justification, and execution of the Expense Operating Budget (EOB), Centrally Managed Program (CMP), Civilian Personnel Payroll (CIVPERS) and Other Customer Funds (OCF). You will assist in the development, formulation and justification of the annual EOB, CMP, CIVPERS program budget for Inactive Ships.
