About the position We are seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to support our fast-growing Legal and Compliance team. This is an operations-focused role grounded in legal systems: you’ll handle core paralegal tasks while also helping to build and improve the systems, workflows, and databases that keep our legal function running smoothly and growing in step with the firm. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll also serve as a key liaison between Legal and Compliance and the rest of the firm, often acting as the first point of contact for various Jane Street stakeholders, including traders and technologists.
