Mission Support Specialist

Coordinate and support strategic planning while identifying problem areas to propose procedural improvements. Facilitate the annual refresh of the District Standing Order and execute semi-annual District Corporate Off-Sites. Serve as the primary point of contact for the strategic scheduling of all internal District events and external engagements. Assist the Strategy Officer in implementing office policies and evaluating District-wide operations for efficiency. Act as the functional District liaison to Northwestern Division Business Management regarding the execution of strategic efforts. Provide direct mission support to the District Training and Organizational Development Specialist and Knowledge/Quality Manager. Manage technical aspects and funding requirements for office contracts as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Author and collaborate on high-level documents, including the District Operations Plan (OPLAN), Standing Orders, and associated Annexes. Work with authors to
