Accountant

Promote understanding and effective application of accounting and related financial management policies, procedures and systems. Devise policies to affect the various aspects of financial management. Answer audit and internal review inspection reports. Ensure the quality and integrity of the district's financial management program. Provide the Finance and Accounting Officer and other district staff elements with professional managerial accounting advice and guidance based on interpretation of statute and higher headquarters regulatory guidance.
