SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN/INFOSEC)

Provides expertise in identifying and analyzing cyber defense requirements for Defense Critical Infrastructure supporting defense critical missions (DCMs) specifically Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) and Global Logistics (GL). Defines appropriate strategies and specific courses of action (COAs) to implement Mission Assurance (MA) in cyberspace supporting DCMs. Interprets and applies applicable MA policy (as defined by DoDD 3020.40 and DoDI 3020.45) to all J3 planning, investments, and operations. Analyzes cyber defense associated with DCMs and provide Gap Analysis on any terrain lacking sufficient defensive coverage. Develops, maintains, and facilitates dissemination and sustainment of operational guidance supporting identification of mission-relevant terrain in cyberspace (MRT-C) and key terrain in cyberspace.
