About the role
Serve as a Physician (Psychiatry) in a Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) providing examinations, diagnoses, and treatment of mental health diseases. Provide treatment services in various capacities such as inpatient services, outpatient services, partial hospitalization, and emergency psychiatric services. Conduct biopsychosocial evaluations of patients Monitors treatment effectiveness through evidence-based medicine. Provide therapeutic treatment services. Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) functions, performance improvement, risk management, and peer review programs. Train psychiatric residents, interns, medical students, and other medical and mental health trainees. Provide professional consultation, supervision, and collaborative medical support to other staff. Prescribe pharmacological and psychotherapeutic treatment.
