About the role
You will provide a variety of other projects or tasks that may involve litigation, analysis and legal research. You will verify legal references and citations and ensure documents are completed and accurate within the time line given by staff attorneys. You will assist attorneys with preparing and tracking litigation holds, legal briefs and proceedings, settlement agreements, command directive and executive summary. You will prepare certificates of service, serve opposing parties, purge and closeout case files, and maintain litigation case files.
