Supervisory Veterans Service Representative Coach

Major Duties: As a Supervisory Veterans Service Representative Coach for the Veteran Benefits Agency the candidate will: ???????Ensure team quality and timeliness of service meets performance goals. Plan and assign work priorities for the team and individuals. Analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and rules as they affect the establishment of new policies, procedures, and methods of operation. Exercise a high degree of judgment in addressing issues where existing guidelines do not exist, while maintaining consistency in ratings. Provide professional support to individuals within the team to include advice, training, and all other administrative or personnel matters.
