Maintenance Supervisor

This section is responsible for all aspects of plumbing, architectural (wall, ceiling, flooring), and structural installation systems in the Medical Center including, but not limited to: Medical Gas Systems including Bulk Storage; Reverse Osmosis/Demineralized Water Systems used in Dialysis, Laboratory, and Sterile Processing; Domestic Water; Sanitary; Steam Supply and Distribution; Kitchen Equipment repair and operation; Ward Cart operation and repair; Door Hardware and Keying; Carpentry and Framing including metalwork; Masonry including thermal and moisture protection; Glazing; Finishes; Specialties and Exterior Improvements. Major duties include, but are not limited to; Reviews major utility systems and associated equipment to assure compliance with regulations. Provides planning, submission, and implementation of the maintenance program. Supports and enforces policies, procedures, standards, and goals in Facilities Management. Ensures all priority E, H & A work requests are complet
