About the role
You will: Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the organizational unit,ensuring that they comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs to accomplishcontracting and grants efforts for the organization. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities to advise andprovide counsel regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management for employee developmentand administrative support of contracts and grants. Represent the organizational unit and Agency to explain policy andprocedures, resolve significant problems, and determine appropriate actions of impact for establishing,developing, and maintaining effective working relationships. You will spend more than 50% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
