Digital Services Center (DSC) Director

Serves as a recognized authority and advisor to executive leadership as well as senior executives, and staff at all levels. Serves as an organizational coach/mentor on user experience concepts, strategy, tools, and techniques to strengthen employees’ ability to deliver extraordinary internal and external advisory. Assign performance ratings, approve awards and take performance-based corrective actions. Directs, guides, and facilitates complex, cross organization, cross-functional projects and engage partners across a variety of projects to improve understanding of customer needs.
