Program Analyst

Review assigned programs for potential efficiencies based on joint service initiatives and/or federal partnership opportunities. Develop policies and strategic plans impacting child development and youth programming, staffing, recruitment, and retention efforts. Develop a variety of programs, services, and training responsive to the needs of service members and their families. Communicate complex material both orally and in writing through a variety of materials such as policies, directive type memos, reports, issue papers. Respond to the needs of service members and families, with a focus on child and youth development programs and policy by increasing connections with America's communities, Military OneSource, and other programs. Conduct unprecedented special assignments on complex high-priority issues in which the scope frequently alters as the work progresses. Oversee, draft and review policies related to existing early care and education and youth development programs offered.
