IT PROJECT MANAGER (PLCYPLN)

You will lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to manage cost, schedule, and performance for assigned projects, ensuring successful program development and research outcomes. You will oversee research, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment to meet mission requirements across major projects or programs. You will represent IPT in high-level committees to defend activity positions, influence resource allocation, and resolve significant or controversial issues. You will develop and manage Project Management Plans, System Engineering Plans, Risk Management Plans, and other strategies following industry and command best practices. You will manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate discussions to address project requirements, risks, and deliverables. You will monitor project progress, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
