SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL CLAIMS TECHNICIAN

The duties, described below, represent the major duties performed at the GS-10 level. The duties performed for developmental positions will be of limited scope and complexity to develop skills, proficiency, and work experience. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, establishes priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work. Defines standards for work and prepares instructions for its accomplishment. Certifies position descriptions, develops performance plans and prepares performance appraisals. Responsible for process improvement, through ongoing analysis of customer needs to increase productivity and quality.
