Associate Director for Capabilities

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION: The incumbent serves as the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Associate Director for Capabilities (ADC), a critical member of the senior leadership team. In the position of ADC, the incumbent leads the NGA Director's initiatives to drive modern technologies and digital solutions at NGA and across the unified geospatial-intelligence (GEOINT) enterprise. The incumbent provides executive level direction for identifying, acquiring, partnering, developing, and sustaining technical capabilities for delivering timely GEOINT for current and future Department of War (DoW) and Intelligence Community (IC) operations. This includes continuous improvement of capabilities, development/delivery of future capabilities and technologies that out-compete adversaries, and leveraging all government, academia, and commercial partners to retain and extend/enhance US GEOINT dominance.
