SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (TEMP NTE 1 year)

You will be responsible for development of program analysts, management analysts, technical library specialists, and administrative support assistants. You will serve as an expert management analyst with responsibility for the Nuclear Engineering and Planning Department (NEPD) with full technical management responsibility for programs with direct impact on the NEPD as well as the shipyard. Consolidates annual funding estimates into a complete budget request for the department, organizes estimates by appropriation, object class, and line item following current budget instructions. You will support the Head Nuclear Engineer (Code 2309) with administration of these programs and routine reporting and analysis of the programs.
