SUPPLY TECHNICIAN

You will provide support, determine, and maintain stock levels of authorized supplies and order recurring and non-recurring physical inventories of authorized supplies. You will serve as DTS Manager/Coordinator for the unit; Prepare travel arrangements and processes resulting travel claims for unit personnel. You will validate, certify, and generate contract and processes student tuition, registration fees, and tuition assistance certifying invoice and transmit/process payments for further certification. You will prepare supply reports to regulate inventory and budget expenditures. You will use an automated supply system to evaluate and monitor inventory balances.
