About the role
You will: Serve as project lead and subject matter expert for all aspects of site remediation activities to address lead contamination at sites within the Remedial Branch. Serve as senior technical advisor and policy expert on matters involving cleanup activities at lead contaminated sites within the Remedial Branch. Represent the Remedial Branch to a variety of functional area organizations, including all levels of EPA management and external parties, including states, tribes, and local governments. Serve as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to commit resources and provide oversight of contractors and interagency agreement and cooperative agreement holders. You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
