Budget Technician

The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity. The duties may include, but are not limited to: Analyzes administrative problems and formulates solutions relating to personnel, information management of data to customers, space, property, equipment, and supplies. Resolves problems, handles conflicts, relates, and interacts with people at all levels in the office as well as outside industry. Provides oversight to the order processing system which involves training and directly assists as needed to ensure program functions are carried out in a timely manner. Controls and directs all records and files within the office including permanent records of calibration materials and international cotton studies.
