Nurse (Radiology)

Administer and monitor conscious sedation therapy. Prepare IV solutions used with conscious sedation; recognizes medication and solution incompatibilities. Provide complete documentation associated with the preparation, administration and termination of parenteral therapy. Maintain accurate and complete documentation that reflects pertinent and factual observations of the procedure and patient progress. Review patient history and reconciles medications to determine suitability for nursing level sedation.
