HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/PLACEMENT)

Performs the full range of Recruitment and Placement advisory services. Provides staffing advisory services based on the serviced organization's local, regional, or national staffing priorities and takes proactive measures to anticipate management's needs. Provides continuing technical advice and assistance to management on Human Resources Program. Exercises knowledge and skill in applying HR methods, principles and evaluative methods / sufficient to advise on and/or resolve moderately complex problems.
