SECURITY SPECIALIST

1. Implements security plans, and procedures (such as standard operating procedures, system security, deployment, and OPSEC plans) for personnel and facilities that support compartmented programs and SCI material. 2. Inspects workspaces where security processes and methods are known to the employees and ensures security programs are operated effectively to prevent violations and deficiencies. 3. Provides advice and guidance to division personnel on administrative, clerical, and procedural requirements and instructions. Prepares, reviews and processes incoming and outgoing correspondence, material, publications, regulations, and directives. 4. Prepares the organizations monthly budget reports showing status, including analysis of funds allocated, committed, and unfunded. Provides funding advice and recommendations tothe supervisor. 5.
