Director, Strategy & Operations - Dasher and Logistics

About the Team The Dasher & Logistics team ensures every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy, and a positive experience for consumers, merchants, and Dashers. They own the health of our delivery marketplace - including cost, quality, efficiency, fulfillment, and sustainable growth. The team partners closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to improve how our logistics system works at scale while supporting long-term marketplace health. About the Role We're hiring a Director, Strategy & Operations to lead one of the most important business areas within Dasher & Logistics. In this role, they will set the strategy and own results across cost management, incremental revenue, delivery quality, efficiency, and/or fulfillment capacity. They will translate company goals into clear, measurable plans, lead a team of senior managers and operators, and serve as the decision-maker for their business area. Success in this role means delivering durable
