SUPERVISORY PHYSICAL SECURITY SPECIALIST

You will advise the Director of Emergency Services on all physical security matters. You will coordinate with other installation elements and other agencies in the preparation of emergency plans (i.e., bomb threats, disaster plans, etc.). You will prepare, maintain and update the arms, ammunition and explosives and physical security plans as they relate to the IMCOM and various tenant missions. You will conduct routine physical and internal security inspections unannounced, detecting deficiencies and violations of directives You will prepare reports and make recommendations for remedial actions when warranted to appropriate supervisors/chiefs You will monitor the key control system, badge system to insure adequacy and regulatory compliance. You will evaluate work performance of subordinates, and gives advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
