AIRCRAFT MECHANIC

Serve as crew chief of assigned aircraft, responsible for performing, coordinating, and/or overseeing maintenance on the aircraft Perform aircraft inspections including preflight, postflight, phase, and other scheduled and unscheduled inspections Diagnose and identify probable locations of malfunctions from the cockpit during engine run-up Initiate requests for unscheduled tools, equipment, and materials during preparation for flight Utilize safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work area
