Management & Program Analyst (Program Control)

Specific duties include: The incumbent is responsible for proactively analyzing current processes and recommending new opportunities to streamline DGIB PMO operations, including developing new processes and tools and identifying opportunities to automate existing processes. The incumbent will work closely with the Governance and Integration Lead and impacted stakeholders to create new processes to identify, manage, and escalate risks, track and manage action items, review quality standards, metrics, and controls, and integrate the DGIB SAFe roadmap with the critical path of the Integrated Master Schedule. The incumbent will also assist in establishing a more robust risk and issue culture through outreach and training to impacted areas.
