About the Role Orchard is looking for an HR Generalist to own the day-to-day operations of our New York City office and support HR programs and processes across the company. You’ll be responsible for making sure the office runs smoothly and fostering a sense of community within our NYC team. More broadly, you’ll work closely with the HR team to support the entire employee lifecycle, touching onboarding and offboarding, employee experience, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate will be looking to gain broad exposure to various disciplines within HR and can move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
